My name is Melody Dong, and I am currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering. While I don’t have any professional experience in photography, I’ve always enjoyed it as a personal hobby. I particularly love capturing landscapes and plants, whether it’s a sunset, a garden, or the details of leaves and flowers. Photography has always been a creative outlet for me alongside my more technical studies.

Course Goals

By taking this Intro to Digital Art course, I hope to:

    1.    Improve my technical skills in digital photography, such as composition, lighting, and editing.

    2.    Learn how to use digital tools and software to enhance and manipulate images.

    3.    Explore different styles and concepts in visual storytelling to express ideas more creatively through photography and digital art.
